Terms of Service

Zboune (“we”) provides an online tool that lets sellers (“you”) create a shop page, receive orders and manage deliveries. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One shop per account.

2. Your shop and your sales

• You are the seller. Zboune is not a party to the sales between you and your customers: prices, products, delivery, returns, refunds and taxes are your responsibility.
• You must only sell legal products you have the right to sell, with honest descriptions and photos you own or may use.
• Forbidden: counterfeits, weapons, drugs, adult content, stolen goods, anything illegal in Lebanon, misleading or fraudulent offers.

3. Plans and payment

• Free: limited to 10 visible products, 1 photo per product and 30 orders per month, with a “Made with Zboune” badge.
• Pro: paid in advance (Whish Money or OMT), activated manually after we receive your payment. It is not renewed automatically: if you don't renew, Pro features stop at the end of the paid period.
• A Pro shop that was never paid, or whose plan expired, is shown blurred and cannot receive orders until it is renewed or switched to Free.
• Payments are non-refundable, except if we fail to activate a plan you paid for.
• We may change prices; changes never affect a period you already paid.

4. Customer data

The names, phone numbers and addresses of your customers are given to you to fulfil their orders only. You must not sell them or use them for spam.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep Zboune online and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost sales or indirect damages.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms, receives repeated fraud complaints, or puts other users at risk. You can stop using Zboune at any time and ask us to delete your account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell you inside the app if changes are important. These terms are governed by Lebanese law.
